Qualifications

Every coach holds a NASM certification. Each keeps CPR, AED, and First Aid cards valid. We renew them on schedule. The studio carries full liability insurance. An AED and a stocked first aid kit are on site. We clean and inspect gear each week. Sessions start on time. Your records stay private.

You begin with a one-on-one consult. You share health history, meds, and injuries. We check posture, mobility, balance, and core control. We log a simple strength baseline. Then we set targets with dates and build a phased plan. Each lift has clear load limits and stop rules. If a doctor or PT is involved, we follow their guidance. You leave each visit with plain notes and cues you can use.
